6-Door Pickup is Made
Our King Series 6-door pickups are built using the cabs from two Ford Super Duty models. We will find and provide the two pickups for the project, and consider your trade-in. We like to use trucks with damage conducive to the build to help keep the price down for you. Additionally, a King Series 6 Door Pickup with a salvage title is a great opportunity to take a truck that has some damage and turn it into something fantastic. We are proud to undergo the ultimate recycling project; when we purchase two pickups to make one 6 door, we salvage damaged metal and recycle it. We then, depending on your state’s guidelines for registration, can do a South Dakota Rebuilt title, which will remove the salvage brand from the title and issues a new VIN to the truck. The new title will describe the vehicle as an assembled King Series 6 Door Pickup and the model year will be the year it is built, for example, a “2020 Assembled King Series 6 Door Pickup”.
When you purchase a King Series 6 Door Pickup, it’s a turnkey project build. Our standard conversion package includes: the fabrication and construction for the 6-door length increase on the cab, body and frame, extension of all wiring, lines and exhaust, complete body repaint color of your choice, labor and materials, parts refurbished or new as needed, bedliner, two new custom length King Series running boards, four new custom King Series black mud flaps, two new batteries, USB charging ports in each of the four “B” pillars, oil change with new filters, 5th wheel puck hitch, new leveling kit, new front and rear shocks, window tint, new wheels, new tires, underseat HVAC circulation fans, new King Series custom front and rear bumpers with all lighting, custom Katzkin leather interior seating, rust proof undercoating, Lizard Skin sound and heat proof coatings and more. Additionally, you can add MANY other options and upgrades that YOU choose!
We are using techniques that produce nearly invisible seams and strong joints. We use only a Ford OEM frame from a donor Super Duty in the extension. Every pickup that we build goes through a complete computer diagnostic testing as part of the conversion process. Once completed, each truck is personally road tested by our mechanic before it is offered for sale.
